左卡尼汀联合黄精赞育胶囊治疗雷达作业人员少弱精症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:本文旨在探讨应用左卡尼汀联合黄精赞育胶囊治疗雷达作业人员少弱精症的临床疗效。方法:选取60名服役2年以上的雷达作业官兵,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组采用左卡尼汀联合黄精赞育胶囊治疗,对照组单纯采用黄精赞育胶囊治疗。分别对治疗前和治疗后3个月的精液参数进行分析。结果:治疗组的总有效率为86.7%,对照组的总有效率为60%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组在治疗后精子密度、精子活力均较治疗前明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后和对照组治疗后比较,精子密度没有显著差异(P>0.05);但是精子活力治疗组显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:左卡尼汀联合黄精赞育胶囊治疗雷达作业人员少弱精症临床疗效显著。Objectives： To investigate the clinical efficacy of combined application of L- carnitine capsule and Huangjing zanyu capsule in the treatment of radar operators with asthenozoospermia. Methods： 60 radar operators having been severing over 2 years were selected and randomly divided into treatment and control group,30 cases in each group,joint use of l- carnitine and huangjing zanyu capsule in treatment group and only huangjingzanyu capsules in control group. The semen parameters before and 3 months after treatment were analyzed. Results： The total effectiveness of treatment group and control group was 86. 7% and 60% respectively,with statistically significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）. For both treatment group and control group,the sperm density and sperm vigor after treatment were improved obviously,with statistically significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）; after treatment,difference in sperm density between treatment group and control group was not significant（ P〉 0. 05）; but the sperm vigor of treatment group was obviously higher than the control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）.Conclusion： Levocarnitine combined huangjing zanyu capsule is of great clinical significant for radar operators with asthenozoospermia.
