摘  要:平面异形钢箱梁在城市桥梁中大量应用。这类桥梁平面线形复杂,且常兼具弯、坡、斜桥等特征。以天津市某立交桥中一联两跨平面"L"形钢箱梁的设计为例,重点分析其结构类型选择过程及细部构造设计措施。计算表明,本联箱梁温度变形极不规则,采用单墩固结的刚构-连续梁体系是合理的;标准组合下部分支点出现负反力,此负反力主要由温度梯度及活荷载产生,为此设计中采用混凝土压重、设置拉力支座及增加环氧砂浆铺装层隔热等方法。Steel box girders with anomalous plane are widely applied in urban bridges. The horizontal alignment is complex in such bridges with features of curved, inclined and skewed. A design of two-span steel box girders with L-shaped plane is generally introduced within a viaduct project of Tianjin. The choice process of structural system and detail construction design measures are emphasized and analyzed. Following conclusions are proved that, temperature deformation of this box girder is highly irregular, and rigid frame-continuous composite system with single pier consolidation is reasonable in the union beam; negative reactions are shown on some points of support, which is mainly produced by the temperature gradient and live loads; concrete overburden, tension bearing and epoxy mortar heat insulation pavement are adopted in this design practice.
