摘  要:广东省某污水处理厂一期工程现状采用带式浓缩一体化设备,脱水污泥含水率为80%左右,无法满足填埋场混合填埋标准要求。为此二期工程污泥处理工艺采用重力浓缩调理板框压滤机进行深度脱水处理,将污泥含水率控制在60%以下,不仅符合混合填埋要求,而且减小污泥体积。通过介绍工艺流程、主要构筑物设计、设备配置情况等,为其他污水处理厂污泥深度处理的设计提供一些经验。The current phase I project of some sewage treatment plant in Guangdong is adopting the belt-type integral equipment, and the moisture content of dewatered sludge is about 80% which cannot meet the requirements of mixing filling standards of the landfill. Therefore, the phase II project will adopt gravity concentration control plate & frame filter press to make deep dehydration treatment to control the sludge moisture content less than 60%, which not only can meet the requirements of mixing filling, but also can reduce the sludge volume. Several key points are introduced including technique process, main structure design and equipment layout, which can provide references for similar projects.
