摘　　要：目的了解高校不同少数民族大一新生的艾滋病知识认知和态度、行为状况,为制定有针对性的健康教育和综合防治措施提供科学依据。方法采用不记名方式对大理学院少数民族大一新生进行了问卷调查。结果共调查白族、回族等11个少数民族的大学新生。新生对艾滋病基本知识的知晓率在90%以上。65.5%的少数民族大学新生能够像对待普通人一样对待艾滋病病人,16.0%的学生对艾滋病病人表现出积极的态度,能关心、爱护他们。48.8%的学生认为自己不会发生婚前性行为,因为这违背自己的道德观念,但回族学生与白族、傣族、彝族和其他少数民族学生态度不同。67.3%的新生都有意愿要成为援艾志愿者,但都是因为种种原因没有行动起来。结论少数民族大学新生对艾滋病基本知识的高知晓率与态度、行为存在差异。要结合不同地区、不同少数民族的风俗习惯,开展有针对性的教育,通过少数民族大学生在少数民族地区进行防治艾滋病知识宣传,提高其艾滋病相关知识知晓率与态度行为的正确率。Objective To investigate AIDS related knowledge,attitude and behavior among the different minority freshmen,and to provide scientific evidence for making targeted health education and comprehensive prevention and control measures.Methods Anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted in minority freshmen in Dali University.Results Awareness degree of AIDS basic knowledge among minority freshmen is high,awareness rate is above 90% commonly.Attitude of the minority freshmen towards AIDS patients,65.5%is normally,16% had a positive attitude,could take care and love them.48.8% of the minority freshmen thought they didn＇t have premarital sex,because contrary to their own moral values,Hui and Bai,Dai,Yi and other minority freshmen had different attitudes.67.3% of different minority freshmen of university are willing to be volunteers of AIDS,but could not put the plan into practice for the various reasons.Conclusion Awareness degree of AIDS basic knowledge among minority freshmen is high,but attitudes and behavior is not directly proportional.According to different area,different customs and habits of minorities,targeted education of AIDS prevention and control knowledge will be carried out in minority areas by the minority students,it will effectively promote the physical and mental health of people in minority areas in the future.
