摘　　要：目的:了解北京医院(以下简称"我院")门诊60岁以上患者中药注射剂的临床使用情况,促进中药注射剂的合理使用。方法:统计我院医院信息系统中2013年1月—2013年12月门诊60岁以上患者使用中药注射剂的处方,合计5 386张,对其用药合理性进行统计分析。结果:5 386张处方中,问题处方为2 319份(占43.06%)。中药注射剂在临床应用中比较突出的问题包括溶剂不当、联合用药不适宜、适应证不适宜等。结论:应加强中药注射剂在临床的合理使用,提高治疗效果,减少不良反应的发生。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） injections in theoutpatients over 60 years in Beijing Hospital（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂） so as to promote the rational use of TCM injections. METHODS： 5 386 prescriptions of TCM injections used in the outpatients over 60 years in our hospital during Jan.-Dec. period of 2013 retrieved from hospital information system were analyzed statistically with regard to the rationality of drug use. RESULTS： Of the total 5 386 prescriptions,2 319（ 43. 06%） were rational. The major problems in the clinical use of TCM injections included improper choice of solvents,irrational drug combination and unsuitable indications etc. CONCLUSIONS： It is important to intensify the rational use of TCM injections to improve the therapeutic efficacy and reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
