摘　　要：目的:了解晋城煤业集团总医院(以下简称"我院")静脉药物配置中心常见的不合理用药情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:对2013年我院静脉用药医嘱进行回顾性统计分析。结果:511 000份医嘱中,274份为不合格医嘱。不合理用药主要包括溶剂用量、溶剂选择、药物配伍、用法与用量、给药途径不合理等。结论:我院静脉药物配置中心医嘱基本合理,但还存在一些问题,需加强改进,确保临床用药安全。OBJECTIVE： To analyze the common irrational drug use in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service（ PIVAS） of Jincheng Coal Industry Group General Hospital（ hereinafter referred to as＂Our Hospital＂） for reference of clinical rational use of drugs. METHODS： A retrospective statistical analysis was conducted on the prescriptions of intravenously administered drugs in our hospital during 2013. RESULTS： A total of 511 000 prescriptions were reviewed,of which,274 were irrational in terms of the dosage and the choice of solvents,drug compatibility,dosage administration and route of administration etc. CONCLUSIONS： The prescriptions in PIVAS of our hospital are basically rational; however,there are some problems need to be tackled to ensure clinical medication safety.
