摘　　要：目的:探讨转化糖注射液临床配伍的合理性,为规范转化糖注射液的临床应用提供参考。方法:抽取龙州县中医院(以下简称"我院")2013年5月—2014年6月800份使用了转化糖注射液的出院患者病历,对转化糖注射液的使用情况进行统计分析。结果:800例使用了转化糖注射液的患者中,453例作为其他药品的稀释液使用。转化糖注射液与大部分抗菌药物的配伍合理,与碱性条件下才能稳定存在的药物配伍不合理,不能与中成药注射剂配伍使用。结论:临床使用转化糖注射液时,应严格把握其适应证。确需配伍使用时,应仔细观察,并与药师沟通,根据药物性质及药品说明书载明的情况慎重选择溶剂及用量。OBJECTIVE： To analyze the rationality of clinical combined use of invert sugar injection with other drugs for reference of standardizing the clinical use of invert sugar injection. METHODS： 800 medical records of of the discharged patients used invert sugar injection from may 2013 to June 2014 were sampled from Longzhou County Hospital（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂） for statistical analysis regaring the use of invert sugar injection.RESULTS： Of the 800 cases,453 used invert sugar injection as a diluent for other drugs. The combination of invert sugar injection with the majority of antibiotics were rational,but not when used with the drugs that remain stable only in alkaline conditions; futhermore,it was incompatible with with Chinese patent drugs. CONCLUSIONS： In clinical use of invert sugar injection,its indications should strictly followed. If it really needs to be used in combination with other drugs,it should be used with great care,besides,you need to communicate with the pharmacists and choosing solvents and its dosage with care according to the drug property and the specification in drug package inserts.
