摘　　要：目的:了解焦作市第二人民医院(以下简称"我院")用药咨询情况,以提高药学服务、促进合理用药。方法:回顾2012—2013年我院临床药学室443例用药咨询记录,对用药咨询的内容进行统计分析。结果:用药咨询的内容以药物选择问题居多,为92例,占20.77%,其次分别为药品信息(74例,占16.70%)、配伍禁忌(66例,占14.90%)、不良反应(58例,占13.09%)等问题。结论:开展用药咨询服务有利于提高药师专业水平,促进临床合理用药,保障患者用药安全。OBJECTIVE： To analyze the status quo of drug consultation in Jiaozuo Municipal Second People＇s Hospital（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂） so as to improve the quality of pharmaceutical care and promote rational use of drugs. METHODS： The drug consultation records of a total of 443 cases in our hospital from 2012 to2013 were analyzed statistically by a retrospective method. RESULTS： The most common questions inquired in drug consultation were about the drug selection（ 92 cases,20. 77%）,followed by drug information（ 74 cases,16. 70%）,incompatibility（ 66 cases,14. 90%） and adverse drug reactions（ 58 cases,13. 09%）. CONCLUSIONS： Carrying out drug consultation has great significance for improving pharmacists＇ professional skill,promoting clincal rational use of drug and ensuring patients＇ medication safety.
