摘 要:设计9根试件,通过单调加载试验研究了掺废弃混凝土块的钢管混凝土中长柱轴压性能,分析了废弃混凝土块掺入率对试件受力过程、破坏形态、承载力和延性的影响。研究结果表明:掺入率对试件的受力过程及破坏形态影响较小,所有试件均经历了弹性阶段、屈服阶段及破坏阶段,破坏形态均为材料破坏,但轴压承载力随掺入率的提高而降低。借鉴国内外钢管混凝土结构设计标准计算试件承载力,并与试验结果对比分析,给出了掺有废弃混凝土块的钢管混凝土中长柱的轴压承载力的建议设计公式,可为钢管再生混凝土后续研究和推广提供参考。This paper investigates the mechanical behavior of concrete filled steel tubular(CFST)columns with recycled concrete blocks.Nine monotonic loading tests are conducted on CFST columns,and the effect of recycled concrete percentage on the loading process,failure mode,bearing capacity and ductility are studied.Test results show the percentage of recycled concrete has little influence on loading process and failure mode,and all specimens experience elastic stage,yielding stage and failure stage in the loading process.The failure modes of columns are all strength failure,and the axial bearing capacity decreases with increase of recycled concrete percentage.Based on the comparison of bearing capacity between test data and calculation results from design codes at home and aboard,design suggestion is provided on bearing capacity of CFST columns with recycled concrete.This research can provide a reference for further study and application of recycled CFST structure.
