摘　　要：区域性民族文献中心建设成为了全国民族地区图书馆关注的一个重点。区域性民族文献中心应定位为图书馆所在区域内以少数民族文献为主体的文献信息征集保护、展示流通、研究开发中心,应以立足于区域性为前提、以着力于特有民族为基础、以全媒体和信息化文献为捷径来进行建设。The construction of regional？ethnic minority literature center？has become a？focus of libraries in ethnic nationality areas throughout China.？The center should be positioned as the libraries mainly for information collection and protection and show circulation of the literature and research of the ethnic minority. The general idea of the construction is to take the region as a precondition, unique ethnic minority as a base and all- media and information- based technology literature as a shortcut.
