中医药治疗幽门螺杆菌感染的思路

摘　　要：幽门螺杆菌（H.pylori）治疗面临以抗生素耐药为主的挑战,从其他途径寻找新的治疗方案是时下研究的热点。中医药因其整体观、辨证观的特点,从由表及里认识H.pylori感染发病经过,到司外揣内指导H.pylori检测,再到扶正祛邪、中西医结合个体化论治提高根除率,为我们的基础研究和临床治疗策略提供了思路。The treatment of H. pylori is being challenged by the antibiotic resistance. At present,to explore new therapeutic regimens against H. pylori has become the hotspot. Traditional Chinese medicine with holistic and dialectical views inspires the basic studies and clinical strategies of H. pylori,in the aspects of comprehending H. pylori infection from ＂exterior and interior ＂ theory,guiding H. pylori screening from ＂judging the inside from observing the outside＂theory,and improving the eradication ratio by ＂reinforcing the health to eliminate the pathogen＂therapy and individualized treatment.
