摘　　要：对医疗信息共享状况进行分析,基于J2EE框架设计并实现了Freei2eye眼科医疗系统.该系统在"微博"的基础上,加入"推送"机制,实现患者会诊信息的"微会诊";针对不同医院信息采集格式不一致的特点,提出了系统标签、标准标签以及医生自定义标签对病例信息描述的方法;利用基于角色的权限访问控制,实现了系统的权限管理.After analyzing the medical information sharing situation,on the basis of the department of ophthalmology medical,Freei2eye system was designed and implemented based on J2EE.The system added the ″push″ mechanism in the ″micro-blog″,realized the consultation information ″micro consultation″; Directing at the fact that different hospitals use inconsistent information acquisition formats,we proposed the system label,standard label and doctor custom label to describe the case information; and by using RBAC,we achieved the right management of the system.
