大承气汤联合芒硝外敷治疗急性胰腺炎92例

摘　　要：目的探讨大承气汤联合芒硝外敷治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法选择近两年我院急性胰腺炎患者184例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各92例,对照组给予生长抑素治疗,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上给予大承气汤加味经胃管注入联合芒硝外敷治疗,观察两组患者的疗效有无差异。结果治疗后第3d试验组腹痛程度、排气、排便改善情况与对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),但试验组患者腹胀程度、炎症指标改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后第5d、第7d试验组患者腹痛程度、排气、排便情况、腹胀程度、各项炎症指标改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论大承气汤加味联合芒硝外敷能明显减轻患者炎症反应,减轻患者痛苦,促进急性胰腺炎患者康复。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Dachengqi decoction combined with external application of Mirabilite in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods In our hospital in recent two years patients with acute pancreatitis in 184 cases, were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 92 cases in each group. The control group is given somatostatin treatment, experimental group is received Dachengqi decoction injection via gastric tube based on the treatment combined with external application of mirabilite treatment in control group, to observe the curative effect of two groups of patients with no difference. Results After the treatment of 3d,The test group of abdominal pain, exhaust, defecate improvement is not better than control group（P〉0.05）,But it can improve the degree of patients with abdominal distension and inflammation markers（ P〈0.05）; After the treatment in section 5d and section 7d,test group patients with abdominal pain, defecation, exhaust gas, the degree of the inflammatory markers, abdominal distention improve the situation are better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Modified Dachengqi decoction combined with external application of mirabilite can significantly reduce the inflammatory responses in patients, alleviate the suffering of patients, and promote the rehabilitation of patients with acute pancreatitis.
