摘　　要：目的观察手法配合外敷栀黄止痛散治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法将80例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为两组,研究组40例行手法配合栀黄止痛散外敷治疗,对照组40例行单纯手法治疗。对比两组临床效果。结果治疗组患者显效24例,有效16例,无效0例,总有效率100%。对照组患者显效19例,有效15例,无效6例,总有效率85%。治疗组患者疗效明显优于对照组患者,两组患者疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手法配合外敷栀黄止痛散治疗腰椎间盘突出症安全、有效,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To observe the curative effect of external application of Zhi Huang Zhitong power combined with manipulation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 80 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation, were randomly divided into two groups.The study group of 40 cases treated by manipulation with Zhihuang Zhitong powder; the control group of 40 cases treated by manipulative,and then compare to clinical effect of two groups. Results The treatment group of 24 cases, effective 16 cases, invalid 0 cases, and the total efficiency is 90%. The control group of 19 cases, effective 15 cases, invalid 6 cases, and the total efficiency is 85 %. The patients in the treatment group were significantly better than the control group of patients, there was significant difference between the efficacy of the two groups（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Manipulation combined with external application of Zhi Huang Zhitong powder in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is safe and effective, it is worth to popularize in the clinical application.
