摘　　要：目的观察补阳还五汤治疗脊髓型颈椎病的疗效。方法将55例脊髓型颈椎病患者根据入院时间随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组术后进行常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗的基础上加用补阳还五汤。采用JOA评分量表评价疗效。结果试验组患者的评分要优于对照组,数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤可促进脊髓型颈椎病术后神经功能的恢复,值得推广应用。Objectives The aim of this article is to observe the curative effect of Buyang Huanwu Tang（ BYHWT） treating cervical spondylotic myelopathy（CSM）. Methods the 55 CSM patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group according to admission time. The control group accepted routine treatment after surgery, and the trial group took BYHWT on the basis of routine treatment. The JOA Score sheet was used to evaluate assessment. Results The score of trial group was better than the control group, the difference of data was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion BYHWT can promote CSM patients recovery of neural function after surgery, which is worthy of popularization and application.
