中医综合护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的对比分析中医综合护理与常规护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2013年4月—2014年3月我院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者72例,随机分为两组各36例,比较观察组(中医综合护理)与对照组(常规护理)的住院时间、SAS焦虑评分、肺功能指标水平及护理满意率。结果护理结果显示:1观察组的FEV1及FEV1/FVC分别为(2841.76±346.28)m L和(79.46±3.17)%,明显高于对照组水平;2观察组的住院时间及SAS评分分别为(8.39±1.45)d和(41.78±6.45)分,均显著低于对照组;3观察组患者的护理满意率较对照组有显著提高。各项指标的组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将中医综合护理应用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病的护理中,可有效促进肺功能的恢复,改善患者的心理焦虑,缩短住院时间,值得推广使用。Objective To compare the effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine nursing and routine nursing applicating to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Selected 72 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital, randomly divided into two groups. Compared the observation group（ traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing） and control group（ routine nursing） with hospitalization,SAS scores of anxiety,pulmonary function index level and nursing satisfaction rate. Results The nursing results showed,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in observation group were（2841.76＋346.28） m L and（79.46＋3.17） %,significantly higher than the control group level; hospitalization time and SAS score of the observed group were（8.39＋1.45） d and（41.78＋6.45）,were significantly lower than those of the control group. nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly improved. The indicators of differences between groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,can effectively promote the recovery of lung function,improve the patients psychological anxiety,shorten the hospitalization time,it is worth to promote the use.
