潍坊市2000-2013年孕产妇死亡原因及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨潍坊市孕产妇死亡原因及影响因素,制定干预措施。方法对2000-2013年潍坊市孕产妇死亡监测及评审资料孕产妇死亡病例资料进行回顾性分析。对孕产妇死亡构成、分娩地点、死亡原因进行分析。结果2000-2013年潍坊市出生活产数1122462例,孕产妇死亡率呈逐年下降趋势,死亡134例,平均孕产妇死亡率11.94/10万。产后出血是孕产妇死亡的主要原因占35.07%,其次是妊娠合并内科疾病(29.85%)、羊水栓塞(27.61%)、妊娠期高血压疾病(5.22%)。结论影响孕产妇死亡的主要因素:低收入、文化落后、多产的高龄农村孕产妇;孕期保健服务质量差及县、乡产科人员业务技术水平低。Objective To explore the death causes and related factors of of pregnant women in Weifang City,make intervention measurasl. Methods The clinical data causea of original death records on pregnant women,reported by matemal maternity in Weifang from 2000 to 2013 were analyzed spectively,single factor analysis（ constitution of death,place of delivery,causes of death）. Results The mortality of pregnant women decreased year by year from 2000 to 2013. The number of the live births in Weifang City is 1122462 cases,death 134,the average death rate of pregnant and lying- in women is 11. 94 /100 000. Obstetric hemorrhage still was the first cause of matemalmortality in weifang（ 35. 07%）; the incidence of mortality was gestation with internal diseases（ 29. 85%）,amniotic embolism（ 27. 61%）,gestational hypertension（ 5.22%）. Conclusions The main effect factors of matemal mortality： the cause of low income,culutral lag,multi and old delivery in county. Poor quality of health services during pregnancy and low technology skills of the obstetric staff in county. Conclusion Strengthening the quality construction of obstetrical departments in hospitals and professional skills training.
