摘　　要：目的:探讨居家护理干预方案对人工髋关节置换术(THA)患者生活质量的影响。方法:将110例THA患者随机分为干预组和对照组,对照组给予常规出院前健康教育,干预组在常规出院前健康教育的基础上给予THA居家护理方案进行干预。结果:干预组在出院后3个月、6个月和1年时的Harris髋关节评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义,生活质量评分量表SF-36评分也比对照组高,差异有统计学意义。结论:人工髋关节置换术居家护理干预方案能够提高THA患者的生活质量,值得在临床推广应用。Objective： To investigate the effect of home nursing intervention for patients with total hip arthroplasty（THA） on life quality. Method： Totally 110 cases of THA were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. The control group was given routine predischarge health education, and intervention group received THA home nursing intervention in addition to the routine health education before discharge. Result： Harris hip score and quality of life were significantly improved in the intervention group after discharged for three months, six months and one year. Conclusion： Home nursing intervention of artificial hip replacement scheme can improve the life quality of patients with THA. It is valuable to advocate clinically.
