摘　　要：结合某钛合金负角度半圆框零件的热冲压成形,提出了一种通过无侧压装置的热成形设备完成钛合金负角度圆框类零件成形的工艺方法。详细介绍了工艺方案的制定、模具结构的设计和工艺试验中遇到的零件底面不平度问题。According to hot stamping for titanium alloy semicircle box parts with negative angle, a process is put forward to form titanium alloy round box parts with negative angle in hot forming equipment without lateral pressure installation. The process program, the structure of the die and the roughness problem on the bottom of parts in the test are introduced in detail.
