怀地81与主栽品种单株鲜质量和指标成分含量比较

摘　　要：为了选育怀地黄优良新品种,利用高效液相色谱法测定怀地81与5个怀地黄主栽品种的指标成分——梓醇和毛蕊花糖苷含量,并采用SPSS分析其单株鲜质量和指标成分的差异。结果表明,怀地黄单株鲜质量依次为怀地81>85-5>金九>怀丰>沁怀>北京3号,怀地81与其他主栽品种差异极显著;梓醇含量依次为北京3号(1.601%)>沁怀(1.588%)>怀地81(1.314%)>金九(1.277%)>85-5(1.073%)>怀丰(0.924%),怀地81梓醇含量与金九差异不显著,与其他主栽品种差异极显著;毛蕊花糖苷含量依次为怀地81(0.096%)>沁怀(0.069%)>85-5(0.047%)>北京3号(0.035%)>怀丰(0.023%)>金九(0.022%),怀地81毛蕊花糖苷含量与5个主栽品种差异极显著。说明怀地81单株鲜质量和指标成分综合性状较主栽品种有显著优势。The contents of catalpol and acteoside of Rehmannia glutinsa Huaidi 81 and five major culti-vars were measured by HPLC,and the difference of the individual plant fresh weight and the contents of catalpol and acteoside were analyzed by SPSS to breeding new cultivar. The results showed that the indi-vidual plant fresh of Huaidi 81 was signifficantly higher than that of major cultivars, the order of individu-al plant fresh weight was Huaidi 81〉85-5〉Jinjiu〉Huaifeng〉Qinhuai〉Beijing No. 3. The content of catalpol in Huaidi 81 had no significant difference with Jinjiu , and had significant difference with the other major cultivars,the order of catalpol content was Beijing No. 3 （1. 601%） 〉Qinhuai（1. 588%） 〉Huaidi 81（1. 314%） 〉Jinjiu（1. 277%） 〉 85-5（1. 073%） 〉Huaifeng（0. 924%）. The content of ac-teoside in Huaidi 81 had significant difference with the five major cultivars, the order of acteoside content was Huaidi 81（0. 096%） 〉Qinhuai（0. 069%） 〉85-5（0. 047%） 〉Beijing No. 3（0. 035%） 〉Hua-ifeng（0. 023%） 〉Jinjiu（0. 022%）. In conclusion, the comprehensive characters of the individual plant fresh weight and index components in Huaidi 81 had significant advantages than that of major cultivars.
