摘  要:通过对导向簧式复合式空气悬架的结构特点进行研究,对空气弹簧匹配与导向簧结构的关系进行了深入的探讨,对空气弹簧、导向簧、横向推力杆等零部件的匹配进行了详细阐述,并得出了影响复合式空气悬架性能的主要因素。通过对某6×4牵引车复合式空气悬架系统的研究,运用ADMAS建立结构模型,验证了匹配方法的合理性。The structure feature of the leaf spring compound air suspension was studied in the paper. The relationship between the matching of air spring and the structure of guiding leaf spring was further discussed. In the paper, the matching method of air spring, guiding leaf spring and the lateral thrust bar etc. was expatiated in detail, and the major factor which affects the performance of the compound air suspension was gotten. In the end, through the study of compound air suspension which was assembled in one 6×4 tractor, structure modeling was built by ADMAS, and the matching method was validated.
