摘 要:通过分析研究花生机械化收获的特性及其质量评价技术规范,设计了4HZ-2型自走式花生联合收获机,该机可以一次性完成挖掘、抖土、输送、摘果、清选、装箱等多项作业。该机前置挖掘落土装置采用双铰点四连杆悬挂机架,升降高度由双作用液压缸控制,挖土铲入土角调整角度大,对土地的适应能力强;并且设计了全新的二级摘果滚筒,分级调整摘果滚筒与落果筛的间隙参数,有效地提高了摘果质量。经过田间试验,该机的主要性能指标达到有关行业标准的规定,作业效率高,省时省力,可有效缓解花生产区机械化生产瓶颈。Through analyzing and studying the specification characteristics and quality evaluation techniques of peanut harvest mechanization, Model 4HZ-2 self-propelled peanut combine harvester is designed, which can finish digging, soil shaking,conveying, fruit picking, cleaning, packing and so on by one time. As to optimize the design of digging device, the performance of soil vibration falling is improved; and the design of the new two-grade fruit picking roller, effectively improves the quality of fruit picking. Through field test, main performance index of the machine can reach the national standard, with high working efficiency, saving time and labor, and can effectively alleviate the mechanical production bottleneck in harvest production area.
