摘　　要：在分析预约挂号服务的重要性和现有预约挂号服务平台存在问题的基础上,从设计思路、架构等方面介绍苏州市卫生系统新预约挂号服务平台设计及运行情况,平台采用SOA体系架构、内存数据库运行方式,各业务接口实现实时交互,在保障高效运行的同时提高灵活性与扩展性,进一步满足群众需求。Based on analyzing the importance of appointment registration and the problems existing in current appointment registration service platform,the paper introduces the new appointment registration platform design and operation status in Suzhou health system from the aspects of design idea and architecture.The platform adopts SOA architecture and memory database operation mode,all the interfaces realizes real-time interaction.It ensures the platform running efficiently,improves the flexibility and extensibility,and meets further demands of the masses.
