“土壅木郁”理论及其在肝病临床中的应用

摘　　要："土壅木郁"为肝脾病理关系中的一种,与众多疾病的发生发展有关。一些肝病的发病往往首先脾胃受病,进而影响到肝。"土壅木郁"病机可存在于很多肝病的发生发展过程中,如乙型病毒性肝炎、酒精性肝病、脂肪肝等。通过对"土壅木郁"的病机理论进行论述,并探讨其在肝病临床中的应用,说明该病机的临床意义,增加对本病机的认识,最终起到指导临床、提高疗效的目的。＂Earth stagnation,wood depression＂is one of the pathological relationships of the liver and the spleen,and is related to the occurrence and development of many diseases. Usually,this mechanism occurs in some liver diseases： the spleen and the stomach are attacked first,and then the liver is involved. The pathogenesis of ＂earth stagnation,wood depression＂exists in the occurrence and development of many liver diseases,such as viral hepatitis B,alcoholic liver disease,fatty liver,etc. Through the discussion of ＂earth stagnation,wood depression＂pathogenesis and its application in clinical liver diseases,the clinical significance of this mechanism can be proved. Increasing the understanding of this pathogenesis guides clinical diagnosis and treatment,and improves the curative effect.
