摘　　要：开展启发式阅读,促进研究型教学,可以帮助学生有效整合阅读范围、激发学习兴趣、培养创新思维、规范学术研究习惯等。行政管理专业管理学教学要坚持理论与实践的有效结合,以学生为主体优化课上与课下的学习,加强本土化教材建设、文献总结和案例库建设,实现考核方式的多样化。The heuristic reading and research-based teaching can help students to effectively integrate their read- ing range, stimulate their interest in learning, develop their innovative thinking and standardize their academic study habits. In the teaching of management course in administrative management specialty, it is necessary to stick to the effective combination of theory and practice, optimize the student-centered learning in and out of class, and strengthen the construction of localized textbooks, the literature summary and the case-library building so as to achieve the diver- sification of assessment me, thnd.~.
