摘　　要：如今,公平正义问题已成为全社会普遍关注的焦点。从公正的视角看待发展,不难发现,公正应成为社会发展的首要价值。研究人本经济视阈中的公正问题,对于促进中国经济发展的转型升级、公平正义的转向和发展观的价值转型,对于培育国人现代公正观、能力意识和人本理念都具有现实意义。Nowadays, fairness and justice issues have been the focus of common concern to the whole soci-ety. To look upon development from the perspective of justice, it’s not difficult to find that justice should be the primary value in the social development. Researching the justice issues in the perspective of humanistic economy has realistic significance to promote the upgrade of China’s developmental stage, the turning to fairness and justice and the value transformation of development concept under the perspective of humanis-tic economy .At the same time, it’s beneifcial to cultivate Chinese people’s modern concept of justice, ability consciousness and human-oriented ideology.
