摘　　要：分析近年来药物制剂及其影响因素研究的数据资料,综述国内药物制剂研究课题中的一些进展,介绍靶向制剂、控释制剂、透皮制剂、制剂稳定性及生物利用度等方面的一些研究情况,表明我国药物制剂研究虽不断深入,但开发高技术高质量的制剂产品仍是我国一项艰巨而紧迫的医药工程。To analyse the data of recent pharmaceutics research and its influence factor, summarize some progress in the subject for research of domestic pharmaceutics. Introduce the research status of the target preparations, controlled -release preparations, transdermal preparations, preparation stability and bioavailability. It indicate that the research of medicine preparation in our country is deepened constantly, but it is still an arduous and urgent medicinal project in our country to develop the preparation products with high - quality and high technology.
