摘  要:采用面向对象的资源分类系统模型(WWTLM)对京津冀地区的13个城市及其所属的83个4A级和13个5A级旅游景区进行了分类,并以旅游圈理论和旅游域模型为基础,通过Visual Basic 6.0开发平台,利用专业GIS控件,采用集成二次开发的方式,对构建京津冀核心旅游圈进行研究。京津冀地区可成为旅游中心的城市有6个,分别为北京、天津、承德、廊坊、秦皇岛和石家庄,从旅游圈的级别和空间位置上看,北京旅游圈为一级旅游圈,承德,石家庄和秦皇岛为二级旅游圈,廊坊和天津为三级旅游圈,并进一步提出了构建以北京为中心的核心旅游圈,以此带动其他旅游圈共同推动京津冀地区旅游业的发展。Based on the resources classification system model of object oriented( WWTLM system model),the83 grade 4A and 13 grade 5A tourism scenic spots of the 13 cities in the Jingjinji Region are classified. The construction of the core tourism circle in Jingjinji Region is studied in this paper based on the tourism circle theory and tourism domain model,using the Visual Basic 6. 0 as the development platform and the GIS control based on OCX control technology. Six cities selected could become key cities which include Beijing,Chengde,Qinhuangdao,Shijiazhuang,Langfang,Tianjin. The radius of Beijing's tourism circle and Chengde's tourism circle is 220 km. It's sufficient for the two tourism circles to support 5-day tourism activities. Shijiazhuang's tourism radius is 170 km,which can support 4-day tourism activities. The radius of the other is 110 km and they are called three days tourism circle. Beijing's tourism circle is first class,Langfang's and Tianjin's are second class,the other three are third class. On the basis of the above analysis,this paper puts forward that the big tourism circle of Beijing covering the whole Jingjinji Region should be constructed,which is the best way to promote the regional tourism development.
