摘　　要：本文以近年来发布股票回购预案公告的上市公司为样本,通过设计研究变量,建立模型,探讨企业股票回购对公司绩效的影响,同时对促进上市公司股票回购提出相关建议。Taking the listed companies which had announced the stock repurchase recently as the Sample, discuss the performance of stock repurchase of enterprise, by designing and studying the variables, establishing the model, and gives related suggestions on how to promote the stock repurchase in our country.
