高职院校学生创业项目存在的问题及对策分析

摘　　要：创业热潮正在各地蓬勃兴起,大学生正逐步成为创业活动的主力军。高职院校毕业生就业率一直保持在较高的水平,而在大学生创业方面却不尽人意。创业文化和氛围还不浓厚,大学生自主创业率、创业成功率相对偏低。文章以安徽电气工程职业技术学院为例,分析了高职院校大学生创业教育和实践的现状及存在的问题,并提出相应对策,以提高高职院校学生的创业成功率,提升高职院校大学生创业项目管理水平。希望文章提出的有关促进大学生创业的相关对策建议,对高职院校促进大学生创业有一定的实际意义和参考价值。As entrepreneurial boom upsurges everywhere,college students are gradually becoming the main force of entrepreneurial activity. In recent years,the employment rate of undergraduates of vocational colleges maintains the high level. However,their performance in entrepreneurship is less than satisfactory. The reasons for relatively low self-employment rate and entrepreneurial success rate of college students can be attributed to the weak entrepreneurial culture and atmosphere. Taking Anhui Electrical Engineering Professional Technique College as an example,this paper makes the analysis on the status quo of the vocational college students＇ entrepreneurship education and practice,and proposes the appropriate measures to improve the entrepreneurial success rate of the students,and further to improve the entrepreneurial project management level in the aforesaid college. It is hoped that the related countermeasures and suggestions proposed in this paper are significant and valuable to vocational colleges in terms of promoting college students＇ entrepreneurship.
