抗毒补心胶囊治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎疗效及对免疫功能影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨抗毒补心胶囊治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效及对患儿免疫功能的影响。方法将110例病毒性心肌炎患儿采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各55例。对照组采取常规支持治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用抗毒补心胶囊,观察2组临床疗效及免疫功能各项指标的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为92.73%,对照组为69.09%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组患儿心肌酶各项指标均较治疗前明显降低,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后CD3+,CD4+和CD4+/CD8+均显著低于治疗前及对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。结论抗毒补心胶囊治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎疗效明显,可改善患儿免疫功能,具有较好的临床应用和推广价值。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Kangdu Buxin Capsule in the treatment of children with viral myocarditis and its effect on immune function in children. Methods 110 cases of viral myocarditis in children were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,55 cases each. The control group received routine supportive care,and the treatment group were added with Kangdu Buxin Capsule based on the above treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups and the indicators of immune function were observed. Results The overall response rate of the control group was 92.73%,and that of the control group was 69.09%,the differences of the two groups were highly statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. After treatment,the cardiac enzymes indexes of the children patients were significantly lowered than before the treatment,the differences of the two groups were highly statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. After treatment,CD3^＋,CD4^＋and CD4^＋/ CD8^＋in the treatment group were significantly lower than before treatment and also lower than those of the control group after treatment（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Kangdu Buxin Capsule is remarkably effective in the treatment of children with viral myocarditis and can improve the immune function of the children patients,worthy of clinical application and popularization.
