摘 要:[目的]研究蓝莓茎段组培快繁技术。[方法]以北高丛蓝莓品种‘杜克’为试材,春季一年生新梢茎段为材料进行组培快繁。[结果]进瓶最佳灭菌时间为8-10 min,成活率达75%-88%;最佳增殖培养基为改良WPM+ZT 1.0 mg/L,增殖系数为12.8,生长健壮,平均株高4.8 cm;最佳生根培养基为1/2WPM+IBA1.0 mg/L,生根率达100%,平均根长2.1 cm;最佳移栽基质是草炭土+蛭石,成活率达92.6%。[结论]该研究对蓝莓快速繁育和推广种植具有一定的意义。[Objective] The aim was to study rapid propagation of the stem segment of blueberry. [ Method ] Using stem segment of newshoots as material in autuam, the tissue culture of Northernhighbush Blueberry ' Bluecrop' was studied. [ Result ] Results indicated that the best sterilization time was 8 - 10 min, the survival rate reached 75 % - 88 %. The best proliferation medium was improved WPM + ZT1.0 mg/L, the prolif- eration rate reached 12.8, and the average height was 4.8 cm. The best rooting medium was 1/2WPM + IBA1.0 mg/L, the rooting rate reached 100% ,the average length was 2.1 cm. The best transplanting medium was peatsoil mixed with vermiculite ,the survival rate reached 92.6%. [Conclusion] The study had certain significance for fast breeding and planting of the blueberry.
