摘  要:[目的]研究少花龙葵与芦荟间种对镉胁迫的效应。[方法]通过不同程度镉胁迫的种植培育,研究少花龙葵与芦荟间种模式下镉的分布,考察间种模式下对少花龙葵镉的积累影响,并对其风险评价。[结果]少花龙葵在生长期对镉胁迫有明显的敏感反应,对其株高、叶绿素含量影响不大,略微影响鲜重。土壤镉处理浓度为0.60 mg/kg时,少花龙葵叶子镉浓度明显比单种低,虽间种的芦荟比单种高,但两者叶子符合绿色行标;土壤镉浓度>0.60 mg/kg时,少花龙葵趋向富集镉,吸收系数间种大于单种,风险相对于芦荟更高,芦荟处于更有利和安全的位置。[结论]选取合适的植物间种不失为经济合理的处理低浓度镉土壤的方法,高p H和高有机质含量使Cd2+不容易转移至植物。[Objective] The research aimed to study the Cadmium stress effects on S. photeinocarpum Nakamura intercropping with Aloe vera. [Method]The cadmium distribution of S. photeinocarpum Nakamura intercropping with Aloe vera was studied by different levels of cadmium stress planting cultivation, the accumulation of cadmium influence of S. photeinocarpum Nakamura and the evaluation of its risk were analyzed under interplanting mode. [Result]S. photeinocarpum Nakamura in the growth time obvious allergic reactions to cadmium stress and had little effect on its height and chlorophyll content, but slightly affected on fresh weight. When Soil Cd concentration was 0.60 mg/kg, the cadmium concentrations of S. photeinocarpum Nakamura leaves were significantly lower than single species, but both single and interplanting mode of Aloe vera were in keeping with Green industry standards. When Soil Cd concentrations greater than 0.60 mg/kg, S. photeinocarpum Nakamura tends to enrich cadmium, at the same time its absorption coefficient greater than single mode. Due to the higher risk of S. photeinocarpum Na- kamura, Aloe vera was protected to a better and safer place. [Conclusion] Selecting suitable plant species can yet be regarded as economically reasonable methods to resolve the low concentration of cadmium in soil. Soil with high pH and high organic matter content makes Cd^2+ not easily to transferred to the plant.
