摘  要:[目的]探讨枯草芽孢杆菌B29对黄瓜根际功能细菌和土壤酶活力的影响。[方法]用枯草芽孢杆菌B29菌剂和化学杀菌剂(百菌清)灌根处理黄瓜根际土壤,通过田间试验研究对根际功能细菌和土壤酶活力的影响。[结果]施用枯草芽孢杆菌B29菌剂后,根际氨氧化细菌、亚硝酸氧化细菌和好气性纤维素分解菌数量在第10、20天显著增加,第30、40天恢复到与对照一致;施用百菌清处理后,在第10、20天根际氨氧化细菌、亚硝酸氧化细菌和好气性纤维素分解菌数量均在0.01水平显著低于枯草芽孢杆菌B29处理组,至第30、40天恢复到与对照一致。枯草芽孢杆菌B29菌剂对黄瓜根际土壤酶(脲酶、过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶、磷酸酶)活性的影响呈现同样趋势。[结论]施用枯草芽孢杆菌B29不仅促进黄瓜根际功能细菌的生长,而且提高土壤酶活性。[Objective] To investigate effects of Bacillus subtilis B29 on rhizospere bacteria and soil enzymes. [Method] Bacillus subtilis B29 and pesticide( chlorothalonilon) were used to treat the soil around cucumber root in a field experiment. [Result]The results indicated that the populations of rhizospere functional bacteria( ammonia oxidizing bacteria,nitrous acid bacteria and aerobic cellulose decomposing bacteria)and the activity of cucumber rhizospere soil enzyme( urease,catalase,sucrase and acid phosphatase) increased significantly at 10 d and 20 d after the application of Bacillus subtilis B29,but the quantities were restored to control at 30 d and 40 d. After chlorothalonilon poured into the cucumber rhizospere soil,the populations of rhizospere ammonia oxidizing bacteria,nitrous acid bacteria and aerobic cellulose decomposing bacteria exhibited notably decrease at 10 d and 20,much lower than Bacillus subtilis B29 group,until 30 d or 40 d the quantities were restored to control. [Conculsion]Bacillus subtilis B29 promoted the growth of rhizospere functional bacteria and the activity of rhizospere soil enzyme.
