摘 要:[目的]探索冻害与香梨枝条生理变化的相关性。[方法]测定不同程度冻害处理的库尔勒地区香梨枝条相关生理指标(电导率、自由水/束缚水、可溶性糖含量及游离脯氨酸含量)的变化。[结果]库尔勒香梨受不同程度冻害,其1年生枝条的电解质渗出率和可溶性糖含量与对照无冻害样品相比都有所增加,而自由水/束缚水比值均有显著下降;游离脯氨酸含量变化不明显。[结论]试验结果为香梨种植地区制定抗逆栽培技术措施提供了理论依据。[Objective] The aim was to explore correlation between frost damage and the change of physiological indicators of fragrant pear. [ Method ] The changes of physiological indicators of fragrant pear were detected, such as conductivity, the ratio of free water to bound water, soluble sugar content and free proline content. [ Result] Compared with the control samples without freezing injury, the electrolyte leakage rate and soluble sugar content of Korla fragrant pears annual branches under different degrees of freezing injury were increased, and the ratio of free water to bound water were decreased. The free proline content had no obvious change. [ Conclusion] The results provide theoretical basis for fra- grant pear planting area to make resistant cultivation technology measures.
