摘　　要：进度控制是粮库项目管理主要目标之一。在对工期影响因素问卷调查的基础上,利用SPSS软件对调查结果进行统计分析,运用因子分析法对与项目相关的政府、业主、承包商、设计单位、监理方、供应商等各单位对进度的影响进行研究。得出建设内容变化、业主管理能力和项目参与者之间的冲突3个方面是造成项目进度延误的关键因素,在实际工程中应重点监控。Schedule control is one of the main objectives of project management for grain depot. Based on the questionnaire for factors affecting the construction period, this paper firstly analyzes the statistical findings through the SPSS software. Secondly, with the method of factor analysis, the influence of related units on schedule is studied, including the government, project owners, contractors, design units, supervision units and the suppliers. Finally, a conclusion is made that the change of construction content, management ability of the owner and the conflict between project participants are the key factors resulting in schedule delay, which need intensive monitoring in actual projects.
