广西产业结构演进的特征分析

摘　　要：应用实证分析法和比较分析法对广西的产业结构演进的特征进行分析表明,广西第一产业长期占据主导地位,第二产业并不是主要发展动力,第三产业超前发展,使得经济出现"虚拟"高级化;与广东相比,广西产业结构和就业结构不协调,还有待优化;与全国相比,广西的第一产业具有一定优势。因此,广西应实施重点扶持第二产业,加快第一产业的结构优化和全面发展,注意提高第三产业的现代化水平等产业政策。Since the industrial structure of Guangxi has been changing all the time, this paper makes empirical and compara- tive analysis of it＇ s evolution characteristics. The analysis reveals that the economy of Guangxi is in a ＂virtual＂ upgrading situa- tion because the primary industry is occupying predominance and the tertiary industry is keeping advanced development whereas the secondary industry is not the motive force of development. Compared with Guangdong, Guangxi＇industrial and employment structure needs to be optimized for being uncoordinated. Compared with the national ratio, the primary industry of Guangxi has a definite superiority. Therefore, the industry policies of Guangxi should be to mainly support the secondary industry, to optimize the primary industry and to improve the modernization lever of the tertiary industry.
