摘 要:通过桃树流胶病发病状况的田间调查和枝条离体接种桃流胶病病原菌试验,对6个桃品种流胶病感病性进行了初步评价。结果表明:‘春雪’感病性最强,‘庆丰’和‘仓方早生’感病性中等,‘霞晖5号’、‘鄂桃1号’和‘大红袍’感病性较弱。进一步分析表明桃树枝条的皮孔密度和长度与流胶病病情指数均呈显著正相关,因此,可将枝条的皮孔密度和长度作为筛选抗流胶病桃品种的形态指标。Six peach cultivars were used to evaluate their susceptibility to gummosis through inves- tigating the peach tree gummosis in the field and inoculating the pathogens on shoots in vitro. The re- suits showed that ‘Spring Snow' was highly susceptible, ‘Qingfeng' and ‘Kurakata wase' were moder- ately sensitive, ‘Xiahui No. 5', ‘Etao No. 1' and ‘Dahongpao' had moderate susceptibility. There was significant linear positive correlation between the disease index of peach gummosis and the lenticel density or length of peach shoots. It is indicated that the lenticel density and length of peach shoots can be used as the morphological index of gummosis resistance.
