摘 要:返利网是以抽佣返利为主要推广模式的第三方导购平台,返利网会员制是消费者与返利网基于用户使用协议签订,约定消费者通过返利网跳转到与之合作的电商平台购物消费,在依约完成交易后,返利网按比例抽取自己佣金的一部分反馈给会员的营销模式。返利网会员制与传统会员制比较,具有会员主体的多样性与资格性、会员主体之间关系的复杂性、会员制功能的多样性与最终目标的一致性。与此同时,返利网会员制还具有在资金上、技术上和主体上的特殊性。Rebate website is a third-party shopping guide platform which is based on the marketing mode of commission and rebate. Rebate website membership is a relationship between consumers and rebate website, which is based on the "user agreement" signed by the two parties. According to the agreement, rebate website will return a part of extractive commission back to members proportionally. What the members need to do is just to complete transactions with online retailers, and the most important thing is that consumers must jump to the online retailers' websites through rebate website. Rebate website membership has a lot of similarities with traditional membership such as the diversity and qualification of member, the complexity of relationship between participants, the diversity of membership function and the consistency of ultimate goal. At the same time, the rebate website membership also has its own features in capital, technology and subject.
