摘  要:利用盆栽试验,测定了10种杀菌剂对黄瓜褐斑病菌的毒性作用,以期为种植过程中防治该病害筛选出理想的药剂。测定结果表明:黄瓜褐斑病菌对10%多抗霉素、5%井冈霉素、2%春雷霉素和25%阿密西达比较敏感,EC50(半最大效应浓度)分别为14.32、21.74、23.78和24.14 mg/kg;其次为50%代森锌、50%扑海因、70%甲基托布津和50%退菌特,其EC50为65.98-125.35 mg/kg;而对75%百菌清和50%多菌灵有一定的耐药性,EC50高达536.72和265.32 mg/kg。盆栽药效试验结果表明:10%多抗霉素、5%井冈霉素、2%春雷霉素和25%阿密西达的防治效果最好,防效分别为78.05%、75.64%、73.36%和70.45%;其次是50%扑海因悬浮剂、70%甲基托布津、50%退菌特和50%代森锌,防效为33.66%-44.78%;75%百菌清和50%多菌灵的防治效果较差,防效只有12.85%和22.47%。This thesis did research into the toxic effects of 10 kinds of Fungicides against Corynespora cassiicola by the pot experiment, in order to screen an ideal medicament to control this disease. The research results showed that the susceptibility tests of fulviafulvaCiferri to bactericides indicated that polyoxinvalidamycinkasugamycin and azoxystrobin were more susceptible than others. Its EC50 were respectively 14.32, 21.74, 23.78 and 24.14 mg/kg. Followed by 50% Dai Sen zinc, 50% iprodione, 70%thiophanate methyl and 50% tuzet, its EC50 was 65.98 - 125.35 mg/kg; but it has some resistance to 75% chlorothalonil and 50%carbendazim, EC50 as high as 536.72 and 265.32 mg/kg. The control tests of bactericides to thedisease in laboratory showed that polyoxinvalidamycinkasugamycin and azoxystrobin were better than others ,the control effect were respectively 78.05%、75.64%、73.36% and 70.45%. The following were 50% iprodione, 70% thiophanate methyl, 50% tuzet and 50% Dai Sen zinc, their control effect was between 33.66%-44.78%;the prevention effects of 75%chlorothalonil and 50%carbendazim were poor, only 12.85%and 22.47%.
