摘 要:目的:了解护理人员对医院组织文化的认同度,为医院组织文化建设提供依据。方法:采用定量研究方法,使用自制问卷,调查了湖南省某医院408名护理人员对医院组织文化的整体认同度以及组成的11个因子的认同度。结果:护理人员对医院组织文化整体认同度不高,不同性别、教育程度、本院工龄、职务、职称的护理人员对医院组织文化认同度均不高;与普通护士比较,护理管理人员对医院组织文化各因子认同度更高。结论:应根据调查结果,提供给护理人员更多培训机会,关爱临床护士、营造"以人为本"的和谐医院组织文化,以提高护理人员对医院组织文化的认同度。Objective:To explore the identification degree of nursing staff,provide reference for the hospital culture bulding.Method:Quantitative research method was adopted. A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 408 nurses. Identification degree to the organizational culture,overall identification degree and consisting of 11 subunit. Result:Identification degree of nursing staff to organizational culture were low,and its different among different gender,age,level of education,seniority,position,title of nursing staff,compared with the nurse without administrative position,nursing administrators identification degree were higher. Conclusion:According to the survey results,the hospital administrators should provide more training opportunities to nursing staff,care for the nurses especially towards clinical nurses,creating a"people-oriented"harmonious hospital organizational culture to increase the nursing staff’s identification degree.
