孵化器“内网络”情境下社会资本对在孵企业成长的影响——基于大连双D港创业孵化中心的案例研究

摘　　要：本文聚焦于孵化器"内网络"情境,将其社会资本划分为个体社会资本和集体社会资本。通过对大连双D港创业孵化中心案例的探索性研究,深入分析了孵化器"内网络"情境下个体社会资本和集体社会资本如何影响在孵企业成长。研究认为,在孵化器"内网络"情境下,个体社会资本通过促进在孵企业获取资源来提升企业成长绩效,而资源共享和联合价值创造在集体社会资本与在孵企业成长之间具有中介效应,同时集体社会资本在个体社会资本对资源获取的影响中具有调节作用。This paper focuses on the context of incubator＇s intra-networking, and defines social capital as containing both individual-level and collective-level social capital. Based on an explora- tive case study of the center for entrepreneurship and incubation of Dalian D-D Port, the impact mechanisms of individual-level and collective-level social capital on the growth of incubating enterprises in the context of incubator＇s intra-networking are further explored. It finds that individual-level social capital has impact on the growth of incubating enterprises by promoting resources acquisition; the resources sharing and the joint-value creation have an intermediary effect between collective-level social capital and the growth of incubating enterprises; collective-level social capital has a modulating effect between individual-level social capital and resources acquisition.
