“品管圈”活动在提高PIVAS工作质量中的应用与体会

摘　　要：目的通过在静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)开展品管圈活动,减少静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)的差错,提高工作质量,保证用药安全。同时提高员工自我管理意识和发现问题解决问题的能力,营造团队协作的氛围。方法组建品管圈,按照品管圈活动的十大步骤进行计划、实施、确认和处置。结果 PIVAS差错件数由活动前81件/周降低至活动后34件/周,提高了员工积极性和责任心。结论品管圈活动有效降低静脉用药调配中心差错,能够不断发现和解决问题,提高药学人员参与参与管理的意识与执行力。Objective To reduce intravenous drug deployment center（PIVAS）errors, improve quality, and ensure drug safety by QCC in intravenous drug use（PIVAS）. While increase employee awareness, self-management ability to ifnd and solve problems, and create a teamwork atmosphere.Methods To plan, implement, verify and handle in accordance with the QCC Ten Steps.Results The PIVAS errors were reduced from 81/week to 34/week, and the employee motivation and responsibility were increased.Conclusion QCC can effectively reduce PIVAS errors, identify and solve problems, improve pharmacy personnel involved in the management and execution of consciousness.
