氟芬那酸丁酯软膏治疗皮炎湿疹的临床应用与观察

摘　　要：目的探究氟芬那酸丁酯软膏在临床上治疗皮炎湿疹的疗效及安全性。方法选取2013年4月至2014年2月在我院确诊为皮炎湿疹的患者100例,随机将其分为A组和B组,每组50例患者。A组采用丁酸氢化可的松软膏涂于患处,B组采用氟芬那酸丁酯软膏涂于患处,疗程为2周,观察两组的疗效和不良反应。结果 A组治愈24例,显效16例,无效10例,有效率为80%;B组治愈27例,显效19例,无效4例,有效率92%。将两组的疗效和不良反应的数据进行统计学分析,二者差异显著,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论氟芬那酸丁酯软膏在临床上治疗皮炎湿疹的有效率比丁酸氢化可的松软膏高,是一种比较理想的治疗皮炎湿疹的药物,可在临床上推广应用。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of： flufenamic acid ester ointment in treating eczema and dermatitis in clinic. Methods From April 2013 to February 2014 in our hospital diagnosed as eczema patients were 100 cases, were randomly divided into A group and B group, 50 patients in each group, and group A with hydrocortisone butyrate oinanent apply to the affected area, and group B with flufenamic acid ester ointment apply to the affected area, treatment for 2 weeks,, to observe the effect and adverse reaction of two groups. Results In group B, 27 cases were cured, effective in 19 cases, invalid 4 cases, efficiency of 92%; group A, 24 cases were cured, effective in 16 cases, invalid 10 examples, effectiveness is 80%. The two sets of data the efficacy and adverse effects of statistical analysis, the difference was significant, P〈0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusions The effective rate flufenamic acid ester ointment in clinical treatment of dermatitis eczema than hydrocortisone butyrate ointment high, is a more ideal drug in treating eczema and dermatitis, can be widely applied in clinical practice.
