摘　　要：移动图书馆信息服务已成为高校图书馆发展的必然趋势。由于移动环境存在种种局限,高校图书馆移动信息服务更需要以用户为中心、重视用户体验,提高信息服务质量。通过对用户利用高校移动图书馆的情况进行问卷和访谈调查,论文分析目前高校移动图书馆存在的不足之处,并从资源建设、系统优化、无线网络覆盖和统一数据格式等方面对高校移动图书馆建设提出策略。The information service of mobile library has become an inevitable trend in the development of university library. Because of the restriction of mobile environment, the college library＇s mobile information service needs to be user - centric, and pay attention to user experience so as to improve the quality of information service. By investigating and researching the university mobile library＇s users, this paper analyzes the main existing problems in the development of the university mobile library. Finally, it presents suggestion in the resource construction, system optimization, wireless network coverage, the uniform data format and so on several aspects for the university mobile library construction.
