摘　　要：论文通过介绍浙江景宁畲族自治县农家书屋的现状、建设取得的成效、建设过程中存在问题和困难,提出利用民族倾斜政策,抓住上级部门扶持的机遇,以畲族特色为抓手,建好"特色窗",多方联动,铸好资金"供应链"等对策,让农家书屋在景宁畲族自治县这块土地上生根发芽和茁壮成长。By introducing the present situation, the construction achievements, problems and difficulties of the Jingning She Autonomous County farm house, this paper puts forward to make use of the national preferential policies, seize the opportunity to supplied by the superior department, take the characteristic of She nationality as the hand, build characteristic windows well, use multi-party interaction, cast the money supply chain well and so on, so as to let the farm house root and grow sturdily in Jingning She Autonomous County land.
