摘 要:以钛涂钌铱(Ti/RuO2-IrO2)为阳极,自制蒽醌修饰石墨毡为阴极,对酸性红B模拟废水进行电化学氧化实验研究,分别考察了电流、电解质浓度、电解时间、极板间距和初始pH值对酸性红B电化学降解效果的影响。试验结果表明:在酸性红B浓度为200mg/L、电流为3A、电解质浓度为0.02mol/L、电解时间为30min、极板间距为1cm、初始pH=5.0的条件下,酸性红B的去除率可达到91.66%、电流效率为12.71%;电化学氧化降解酸性红B近似符合一级反应动力学,其动力学方程为ln(c0/ct)=0.0699t-0.0361。Electrochemical oxidation experiments for acid red B wastewater using Ti/RuO2-lrO2 plate as anode and anthraquinone-modifiod graphite felt as cathode, were studied respectively. The effects of current, electrolyte concentration, electrolytic time, spacing of plate and the initial pH value on the electrochemical degradation of acid red B were investigated. The results showed that when the concentration of acid red B was 200 rag/L, electric current was 3 A, electrolyte concentration was 0.02mol/L, electrolytic time was 30 min, spacing of plate was 1 cm, and initial pH value was 5.0, the acid red B removals and current effieiency could reach 91.66% and 12.71% respectively. The electrochemical degradation process of acid red B was approximately complied with the first-order kinetics equation In (co / q) = 0.069 9 t - 0.036 1.
