摘　　要：军民两用技术转移是军民深度融合的重要内容。以改革开放30多年来军民两用技术转移的探索与实践为基础,研究了军民两用技术转移促进机制的发展现状与存在问题,从政府作用、市场作用和社会服务3个层面提出了对策建议。The dual-use technology transfer is an important content of deeply civil- military integration. Based on explo- ration and practice of dual-use technology transfer since reform and opening for more than thirty years, this article studies de- veloping condition and existent problems of the promoting mechanism of dual - use technology transfer, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on govemment function,market action and society service.
