摘　　要：从影响企业技术创新能力的因素研究入手,构建了中国规模以上工业企业技术创新能力评价指标体系,并采用因子分析法从众多复杂的指标中综合出三个公因子,同时针对我国规模以上技术创新能力的评价结果,得出了相关结论。Industrial enterprise is dominant in the national economy, the community has created a lot of wealth accumulation and has a great contribution to national economic growth. For the evaluation of technological innovation capability for industrial enterprises are still no systematic academic research in China. Technology inno- vation is the core driving force for industrial enterprises development. The evaluation enables Industrial enterprises to evaluate their technical innovation capability and has a clear understanding of their situation. With the evaluation analysis, administrators can develop strategies for enterprises. What＇s more, the evaluation results can give a pro- posal for policy makers. This paper build evaluation index system from the angle of factors of technological innova- tion capability, and build on the model based on factor analysis process.
