贵州省肿瘤医院2013年度检验科危急值项目分析

摘　　要：目的分析和总结肿瘤专科医院危急值报告的项目、临界值、时效性。为进一步规范肿瘤专科医院的危急值报告提供理论依据。方法通过对贵州省肿瘤医院2013年度危急值报告以及回访的统计,与临床意义、参考文献、标准和指南进行对照。结果危急值报告所占比例高的临床科室位于前三位的是心血管科(14.42%)、血液科(11.87%)、淋巴瘤科(9.32%)。检验项目中前三位的是WBC(22.95%)、PLT(22.29%)、K+(11.41%)。全院各科室平均处理时间为19 min,处理效率位于前三位的是淋巴瘤科(99.80%)、胸部肿瘤科(99.77%)、ICU科(99.67%)。结论通过危急值报告及回访发现;检验项目方面主要集中在WBC、PLT、K+等项目上。在科室处理等方面差距不大,表现为处理时间除内二以外均<30 min,处理率均>95%为相关数据的首次报道。Objective To analyze and summarize the projects,timeliness and chronergy of critical value report in tumor hospital. To provide theory basis of standardizing the critical value of tumor specialized subject hospital report provides theory basis.Methods Through the statistic to the annual critical value report and its review of Guizhou provincial tumor hospital in 2013,and make comparison with the clinical significance,references,standards and guidelines. Results The top three clinical departments with the high proportion of critical value reporting were cardiovascular department（ 14. 42%）,blood（ 11. 87%） and Lymphoma department（ 9. 32%）. The top three inspection items were the WBC（ 22. 95%）, PLT（ 22. 29%）, K＋（ 11. 41%）. The average processing time of each department was 19 minutes,the top three processing efficiency were lymphatic department（ 99. 80%）,breast swelling department（ 99. 77%）,ICU department（ 99. 67%）. Conclusion Through the critical value report and its review,test projects are mainly concentrated in WBC,PLT,K＋and other projects. There is a little difference around the departments of the processing time which is generally less than 30 minutes,except Medicine 2. Processing efficiency are greater than 95% for related data reported for the first time.
